Resveratrol Positive Side Effects

Negative Side Effects are important to note, but what about the "Good" side effects?

Following up on my original article, "Resveratrol Side Effects, The Good and Bad!," I thought it would be important to list the potential positive effects of resveratrol as well.

After discussing with several resveratrol consumers I was able to create a list of the benefits people have experienced. Please remember these are user experiences and not scientific research.

  • Increased Weight Loss: this was typically seen in conjunction with a regular exercise routine and good diet. Some users noticed this helped to accelerate their weight loss.
  • Increase In Sexual Libido: as a mild anti-estrogen resveratrol showed a tendency to increase sexual awareness.
  • Greater Mental Focus: tasks needing focus such as mathematics were said to be easier to concentrate on.
  • Increase in Energy: typically users said this occurred shortly after consumption and then subsided.
  • Increased Endurance: those with aerobic fitness routines recognized an increase in their ability to go further or longer.
  • Increase Good Cholesterol (HDL) and Decrease Bad Cholesterol (LDL)
  • Apetite Supression: people were not as hungry and ate less per meal.
